Timbor Leste Atsabe

Enjoyable fruity and sweet-flavored beans!

Today I tried the Timbor Leste Atsabe coffee beans from Rave Coffee, and I have to say, they were a pleasant surprise!

At first glance, I was intrigued by the light/medium roast and the unique combination of flavors listed on the packaging. After brewing a cup, I was met with a rich aroma and a smooth taste. The fruity notes of blood orange and blueberry were definitely present, and the candied peel flavor added a nice sweetness without being overpowering.

The beans are grown at an altitude of 1400m - 1600m and are a combination of the Hibrido de Timor, Moka, and Typica varietals. The natural processing method contributes to the distinctive flavor profile.

While not the best coffee I've ever had, the Timbor Leste Atsabe beans have a unique and enjoyable taste. If you like fruity coffee with a hint of sweetness, these beans from Rave Coffee are worth a try.
